From smart bottle to complete wellness system
We helped develop a new-to-market nutrition and hydration system built around a proprietary flask and pod ecosystem. The pods are made from eco-friendly thermoformed polymers and feature a unique semicircular design that allows three to nest cleanly inside the bottle for portability and convenience. At the center is the Blueshift flask: a premium, BPA-free system that enables pod-based beverage creation, tracks hydration, and delivers a smart, gesture-controlled blending experience.
Precision Engineering, Seamless Experience
Our engineering team led development and validation of the flask’s subsystems, working closely with manufacturing partners to bring the product through tooling and into production. In parallel, we designed the packaging for both flask and pods—creating a cohesive brand expression and a best-in-class unboxing experience that reinforces the system’s innovation, quality, and ease of use.
